TERMS OF SALE

All prices of our products are quoted in both Mexican Pesos (MXN) and US Dollars (USD).
Shipping

For greater security in international shipments we use FedEx. For domestic shipments we sometimes use other courier companies.

In Mexico you will receive your order in 3 to 8 days. If you are in the United States and Canada your package can arrive between 4 and 14 days. In other countries the delivery time can be up to 2 weeks. All delivery times may vary eventually due to adverse situations.

We handle high-end Colombian textiles, which due to their excellent elasticity and quality fit perfectly and comfortably to each figure.

Caring for your Viking apparel

– For optimal care of your Viking swimwear, always rinse with fresh water after use, especially in pools where the garment is exposed to chlorine, and likewise when it has been submerged in seawater. Preferably hand wash with cold water and mild soap. Avoid stretching the garment when hanging it up or, in the best case, dry it lying down. Do not use a dryer.

-Avoid contact or friction with rough surfaces during use.

– For your sports garments to have a longer life you should wash them together with clothes of similar colors, use cold water and stretch them lying down or hanging but without stretching them.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

We put all our passion, talent and experience to please you with top quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 8 days after delivery, without having been used. In some cases, as long as it is feasible, we may proceed to a refund of the purchase value minus a 15% restocking fee for expenses incurred in the sale. Additionally, for the return or exchange, the receipt or order confirmation must be sent, which is sent to the customer via email, WhatsApp or even Instagram at the time of purchase.
In order to make the exchange or refund, returns must be sent through a pre-paid means such as FedEx, in order to be able to track the merchandise and that the delivery is verifiable. VIKING is not responsible for returns not received. In the case of an international purchase, the customer must assume all shipping costs, as well as any additional taxes and/or duties.
A return is not guaranteed if the merchandise is damaged, missing any product or shows signs of deterioration, wear and tear or use. VIKING, reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the requirements set forth in this section, or in the case of detection of fraud; likewise in the case of problematic customers.

Due to the intimate nature of thongs and to ensure greater hygiene, this type of garment is not suitable for exchanges and/or returns.
